Design and Installation
Industrial fire and explosion incidents are among the most devastating and costly due to the working conditions, cost of process equipment and high risk of the operations in general. Many industrial facilities use flammable liquids at or near their flashpoint in day-to-day operationes and process. The main goal in Industrial Fire Protection is occupant evacuation and then asset protection.

Every Industrial Hazard is unique, many facilities are similar, but no two are identical. Therefore, each project is carefully analyzed by conducting a fire risk assessment and evaluation to determine the best fire protection application. Many factors are considered before a project hits the drawing board such as:

- Means of occupant egress
- Building/process construction
- Flammable liquid quantity and storage arrangement
- Burn rate, fire and smoke spread rate
- Toxic fume involvement
- Identifying potential sources of ignition
- Existing fire protection system infrastructure condition
- Water quality/quantity availability
- Operating practices
- Manned or unmanned operations
- Geographical availability of municipal or mutual aid

After an adequate fire risk assessment and evaluation is conducted, a conceptual design is rendered and is then discussed among our team of experienced fire protection professionals to determine the final design and application. After the conceptual design is complete a detailed submittal package is forwarded to the Authority Having Jurisdiction for final approval before any material is ordered or installation begins.

Maintenance and Inspections
Special Hazard Fire Protection Systems require scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure correct operation when needed. Special Hazard Fire Protection Systems are vital to keep your team and assets safe and in operation.

The most important factor in providing quality service is dedicated, experienced and well-trained personnel. Your systems should only be serviced by qualified, licensed, trained and certified field technicians. Unqualified service personnel might not have the experience or code knowledge to recognize improper installations, applications or proper operation. Even worse, a technician that is not dedicated or lacks personal discipline may not even open his toolbox but rather slap a service ticket on the equipment, incorrectly fill out paperwork, and be out the door, thereby leaving your facility unprotected.

Our staff of dedicated, knowledgeable and well trained fire protection professionals are NICET (National Institute for the Certification in Engineering Technologies) certified. We employ only a select crew of technicians that meet strict guidelines, attend factory training to become certified, complete a complex apprenticeship training program before going into the field, as well as attend and participate in on-going continuous in-house training.

Services
Service Agreements- The best way to keep your system in perfect working condition is to have a service agreement. You will be contacted by a service coordinator when inspection or maintenance is required. A time will be set up that is convenient for you and your facility operational schedule. A professional qualified, trained and licensed technician will call before he is on his way to insure everything is ready for the service. After the service is performed a detailed report will be completed and given to the facility manager for their files. A copy will be held on file in our office for future reference. You can rest assured that you will never have to worry about being out of compliance again.
Monitoring Services
We offer central monitoring station service, by a UL listed, fully redundant leading security monitoring and technology firm with multiple locations nationwide. Base operations are Chicago with branch operations in Washington D.C., Detroit and Los Angeles.
No matter what the time where you're located there is someone going to be available to help you . If it's a discharge of gas or a problem with the electrical system someone is there on the other line ready to assist you with any question or problems.
